LOCATE THE DRAIN HOSES ON THE BACK OF THE MACHINE

PULL TO REMOVE THE BLUE CAPPED HOSE FROM MACHINE. PLACE HOSE NEAR DRAIN AND REMOVE CAP

PULL TO REMOVE THE RED CAPPED HOSE FROM MACHINE. PLACE HOSE NEAR DRAIN AND REMOVE CAP

LOCATE YELLOW CAP ON SOLUTION FILTER
|

|
TURN CAP AND PULL TO REMOVE SOLUTION FILTER
|
6 |
|
REMOVE THE 2 SCREWS HOLDING SOLENOID VALVE ASSEMBLY TO MACHINE

PULL THE SOLENOID VALVE ASSEMBLY THRU WALL OF MACHINE

|
PULL THE SOLENOID VALVE ASSEMBLY FROM UNDER THE MACHINE

|
LOCATE 2 BLACK WIRES ON SOLENOID VALVE. PULL WIRE CONNECTORS TO DISCONNECT THE WIRES

|
INSERT PROBES OF VOLT METER INTO THE 2 BLACK WIRES

TURN THE KEY TO THE ON POSITION
|

|
PRESS THE SOLUTION BUTTON ON THE CONTROL PANEL TO TURN THE SOLUTION ON

|
LOWER THE BRUSH DECK WITH THE FOOT PEDAL
|

|
HOLD ONTO THE HANDLE AND PULL THE METAL SWITCHING BOW TOWARDS THE HANDLE TO RUN BRUSHES
|
15 |
|
WITH BRUSHES RUNNING, CHECK THE READING ON THE VOLT METER. THE READING SHOULD BE 24 VOLTS OR NEG 24V (DOESN'T MATTER IF VOLT METER READS NEG 24V, JUST MEANS PROBES ARE SWITCHED)

REVERSE STEPS 5 THRU 9 TO RECONNECT THE WIRES AND REASSEMBLE THE SOLENOID VALVE AND SOLUTION FILTER. REFILL THE SOLUTION TANK IF NEEDED
